Day 1: Arrival & Uluwatu Sunset
Upon arrival at the airport Meet and greet at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Transfer to your resort in Ubud or Nusa Dua, afternoon visit the iconic Uluwatu Temple perched on a 70-meter cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean. On evening watch the Kecak Fire Dance performance at sunset, followed by a Fresh Seafood BBQ Dinner on the sands of Jimbaran Bay. Overnight: Boutique Resort in Ubud.
Day 2: The Spiritual Heart of Bali
Morning with breakfast at resort then start to Visit Tegalalang Rice Terraces for the famous "Bali Swing" experience. Continue to Tirta Empul, the holy water temple, to witness traditional purification rituals. Lunch with organic lunch overlooking the Kintamani Volcano and Lake Batur. Afternoon we are going to explore the Ubud Monkey Forest and the Royal Palace. Evening: Traditional Balinese Spa treatment (2 hours). Dinner at a fine-dining restaurant in Ubud. Overnight: Boutique Resort in Ubud.
Day 3: Bali to Borneo (The Transition)
Early breakfast and transfer to the airport for your flight to Pangkalan Bun (Central Kalimantan).
Note: Flights usually transit through Surabaya or Jakarta.
Day 4 : Airport – Boat Terminal - Boarding the Klotok.
Pickup from Pangkalan Bun Airport (PKN). Transfer to Kumai Port, afternoon Board to a Private Klotok (traditional wooden houseboat) to cruising up the Sekonyer River. Watch for Proboscis monkeys in the trees. Late Afternoon you will be brought to visit Tanjung Harapan feeding station. Overnight Sleep on the Klotok (comfortable bedding with mosquito nets) under the stars. All meals cooked by an onboard chef.
Day 5: Deep into Tanjung Puting National Park
Morning breakfast on boat Cruise to Pondok Tanggui to see the morning orangutan feeding. Continue upriver to Camp Leakey, the historic research center. Then trek through the tropical rainforest to see wild orangutans, gibbons, and exotic birds. Afternoon looking for afternoon feeding session at Camp Leakey. Evening: Night walk to find nocturnal animals like tarantulas and glowing mushrooms. Overnight: Onboard the Klotok.
Day 6: The Long Drive to Banjarmasin
Early breakfast on the boat. Return to Kumai Port. The Journey proceed to board a private Air conditioner Car or SUV for the long overland drive from Pangkalan Bun to Banjarmasin (South Kalimantan). This is a scenic "cross-Borneo" drive passing through palm plantations, local villages, and rainforest fringes. Arrival in Banjarmasin is predicted at afternoon. Check-in to a riverside hotel. Overnight at 4-star hotel in Banjarmasin.
Day 7: Floating Markets & The Meratus Mountains
05:00 AM Experience the Lok Baintan Floating Market by traditional canoe (klotok). This is one of the most authentic markets in Asia where locals trade from boats, then return to the hotel for breakfast, then drive 4 hours toward Loksado, located in the Meratus Mountains. Afternoon Visit a Dayak Longhouse (Malaris) to meet the indigenous Meratus Dayak tribe and learn about their culture. Dinner will be provided at a mountain lodge. Overnight at Meratus Resort Loksado (Eco-lodge).
Day 8: Bamboo Rafting & Hidden Waterfalls
Morning: Bamboo Rafting on the Amandit River. This is unique to Loksado—you sit on a raft made of tied bamboo poles steered by a local expert through gentle rapids and lush jungle. Lunch: Picnic lunch by the riverside or at a local waterfall (Riam Anai Waterfall). Afternoon: Drive back to Banjarmasin. Visit the Swimming Buffalo in Nagara. Overnight at 4-star hotel in Banjarmasin.
Day 9: Departure
Morning Breakfast at the hotel. Then free program till the tour guide will transfer to Syamsudin Noor International Airport (BDJ) for your flight to your next destination.
